At Sushila Vintage, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our pre-owned, vintage products. While each item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we do accept returns within 14 days under specific conditions.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following terms:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• It must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable).

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

• Items returned after 14 days of delivery

• Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery

• Items purchased during clearance or marked as final sale

• Your order number

• A brief reason for return

• Photos, if applicable (in case of damage or defect)

We’ll provide return instructions and address details. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
